Processing and Shipping Times

Each Bootycorp product is made-to-order, meaning production times may vary based on the item. Specific production times are listed on each product page for your reference. Once your order is ready to ship, we’ll notify you by email. Once shipped, your order will arrive in 5-10 business days.

Shipping Rates
  • Orders Under $50: Flat rate shipping applies.

  • Orders Over $50: Enjoy free shipping on us!

All prices are in USD. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your package’s journey to you.

Customs and Import Fees

For international orders, any applicable customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office if you have questions regarding fees.

Bootycorp Return Policy

At Bootycorp, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each product is designed exclusively in Portland and custom-made just for you. While we strive for perfection in every item, we understand that issues can arise. Our return policy reflects our commitment to excellent service while respecting the unique nature of our made-to-order business.

If something isn’t right with your order, we want to make it right. Whether it’s a defect, damage, or error on our part, we’ll work with you to ensure you have a great experience. We also comply fully with all applicable laws in any jurisdiction we serve.

Returns and Refunds
  1. Defective or Damaged Items
    If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item, issue store credit, or provide a refund, depending on your preference and the circumstances.

  2. Custom-Made Items
    Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer.

    • Buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind purchases.
      Tip: Please check our detailed size guide and customization options carefully before placing your order.

  3. Refunds
    Refunds for eligible items will be issued to the original payment method.

    • If required by law in your jurisdiction, cash refunds will be made available under applicable conditions.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Additional Information
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

  • Requests submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for return or refund.

  • For items not eligible for return, we’re happy to assist with size guides and other resources to ensure your next order is perfect.
